Writing about myself is difficult. I’ve used AI for it, and that doesn’t work. My childhood was analogue, and I’m comfortable with technology. Working with my hands is where a connection to Art began and remains. I paint a lot of murals and adopt new tools as they are invented. Ideas are always coming forward and with murals for specific locations I react to the surrounding space and requests from the client. In the studio, I focus on human stories of material fascination and connection to the natural world. The metaphysical aspects in my work show an imagined perspective of emotional or mental states layered over realism. People are not always present in my artwork. My first love is illustration.

I grew up in the late 90’s, painting graffiti with my skateboarding friends in Jacksonville, Florida. Artschool taught me to deliver perfect work for a grade, and being an artist is knowing that the score is internal. Commissions are an extension of both mindsets coming together. Working with clients as a professional is a skill set that I have. I think creativity is the most important element, and that comes in waves that need to be caught. Thanks for reading.
